As part of a UX challenge, I worked on optimizing a user flow within the Madrid Transport Consortium's website. After evaluating the "Get Around Madrid" and "Tickets and Fares" sections, I identified opportunities for improvement and defined a strategic scope for the redesign.

My proposal focused on the first two stages of the process: exploration and definition. To achieve this, I redesigned the information architecture, optimized navigation, and created a more intuitive user experience.

The result is a solution that reduces friction in fare inquiries and improves accessibility to relevant information, with a scalable proposal that considers future improvements.

I included a plan with the next steps in the design process, addressing methodological aspects and strategies for validating the solution with users.
